Any commercial exploitation, framing, mirroring, systematic scraping, or extraction of game code is strictly prohibited and terminates this license immediately.

09. Prohibited User Conduct & Security Violations

While utilizing tactixgames.com, you agree that you shall not:

• Deploy automated bots, spiders, scrapers, or cheat scripts against our game canvas or API endpoints.
• Attempt to manipulate, bypass, or tamper with the client-side pseudo-random number generator or reel state machines.

11. Service Availability & Platform Maintenance

14. Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL TACTIXSPORT LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO, INABILITY TO ACCESS, OR USE OF TACTIXGAMES.COM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT PERMIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW OR ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100.00).

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or related to tactixgames.com shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable federal laws of the United States, alongside mandatory consumer protection standards recognized across Canadian jurisdictions for international web amusement services.

Any unresolved dispute arising under this Agreement shall be submitted to confidential, binding arbitration or competent courts having jurisdiction over the operator.

16. Severability, Modifications & Contact Inquiries

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
